About me
I began supporting neurodivergent children and young adults whose behaviour challenged the people around them in my mid-twenties, in a country where I did not speak the language fluently yet. I learned to observe and listen differently, paying close attention to people’s unique ways of communicating and to the environments around them.
What was labeled “challenging” often told a story of distress, unmet needs, and skills gaps, within environments and relationships that were challenging for them. I learned to look beyond behaviour itself and to try to understand the person and the context around them.
Those first years shaped my career. I went on to study applied behaviour analysis, became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in 2012 and UK-SBA certified in 2024, and have more than sixteen years’ experience supporting autistic and ADHD children and adults, and the people around them. I work in English, French and Hebrew, remotely and in person in London, and occasionally internationally. Applied behaviour analysis has profoundly changed since then, and for the better, as has our understanding of autism and ADHD. My own perspective continues to evolve, particularly through growing recognition of autistic and ADHD women, whose experiences have been overlooked, and a wider shift towards neurodiversity, human rights and support shaped around people's lives. My practice has grown well beyond its ABA roots. Today, it is grounded in contextual behavioural science and informed by my academic background in psychology, sociology and ethnology, ongoing learning across disciplines, and collaboration with other professionals. Most importantly, I learn from the people I support and their families. Alongside my clinical work, I offer a distinct somatic practice through Sisterhood in Motion, crafting spaces of care, connection and community. Across both, my aim remains the same: to foster wellbeing, hope, joy, autonomy and belonging, and to co-create the conditions in which people can thrive.
